Description
Deathbed declaration of Abū l-Maʿālī Shelomo al-Dhahabī. The witnesses to the declaration are ʿEli he-Ḥaver and Araḥ Ibn Kokhav (or Kawkab), and the judge is ʿEli b. Netanʾel ha-Levi. A certain Ṣedaqa is a creditor of the dying man. In the hand of the scribe Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi. Dated: Ṭevet 1438 Seleucid = December 1126/January 1127 CE. (Information mainly from CUDL.)
