  1. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد نبيه واله وسلم تسليما
  2. اقر حسن ويدعى ابا على بن خلف اليهودى الصورى واشهد على نفسه طـ[ـائع غير مكره ولا ]
  3. مجبرا[نـ]ـه لا حق له قبل اسحق بن سهل بن بشر بن ناحوم وبو نصر [     ]
  4. ولا عليهما ولا عندهما ولا تحت احتياطهما ولا على احد بسببهما من ..[     ]
  5. ذهب ولا فضة ولا دين ولا قرضة ولا وديعة ولا اجرة ولا [     ]
  6. ولا ملبوس ولا شورة ولا كسوة ولا حلى مصاغ ولا مكسور [     ]
  7. ولا محاسبة ولا غلت في حساب ولا ما يجرى في الامانات [     ]
  8. تتعين له قيمة او غرم من اصناف المملوكات وانواع المتـ[ـاع[     ]
  9. ولا شي مما لم يذكر فيه قليل ولا كثير قديم ولا حديث ولا دعـ[ـوى    ]
  10. ولا [حـ]ـجة ولا محاكمة ولا منازعة بوجه ولا سبب وابراهما بر[اة صحيحة    ]
  11. توثقة لهما وحجة في اليوم وما بعده ومتى ادعى عليهما بدعوى الخلف او [     ]
  12. او بسببه بعد وفاته او اقام بينة او اودع شهادة او تعلق بـ[ـيمين[     ]
  13. او نسخه او الرجوع منه فذلك كله زور وباطل وظلم و ....[     ]
  14. بوجه ولا سبب وقبلا منه اقراره وبراته قبولا صحيحا وشهـ[ـد على اقرار حسن ]
  15. ابن خلف اليهودى الصورى والمقر لهما المبران اسحق بن سهل و [بو نصر المسمين في هذا ]
  16. الكتاب بعد ان قرى عليهم واقروا بفهمهم وهم طائعين في صحة منهم وجـ[ـواز امر   ]

  1. In the name of God, the merciful and compassionate. God bless our lord  Muḥammad, his prophet, and his family and save them.  

  2. Ḥasan, called Abū ʿAlī, ibn Khalaf, the Jew from Tyre, calling people to be his  witnesses, acting voluntarily, [not forced, nor]  

  3. coerced, acknowledged that no debt is owed to him by Isḥāq ibn Sahl ibn Bishr ibn Nāḥūm and Bū Naṣr [ … ] 

  4. nor (is there any debt) incumbent upon them, nor in their possession, nor in their  custody, nor incumbent upon anyone in connection with them [ … ] 

  5. gold, silver, a debt, a loan, a deposit, rent, [ … ]  

  6. clothing, ornament, habiliment, fashioned or broken jewellery [ … ]  

  7. settling of an account, rescinding of an account, nor what is administered as a  deposit [ …]  

  8. the value of which has been specified, nor a fine of any type of possession or  goods [ …]  

  9. nor anything that has not been mentioned herein, small or large, old or new, nor  a claim [ …]   

  10. nor argument, nor litigation, nor dispute in any way whatsoever. He released them with [a valid quittance … ] .  

  11. as a ratification for them and a proof, today and afterwards. Whenever he claims  repayment of a debt from them or [ …]  

  12. or in connection with him after his death, or presents evidence, or deposits a  testimony or attaches an oath [ …]  

  13. or its rescission or withdrawing from it, all that is false, void, unjust ...  [ … ]  

  14. in any way whatsoever. They accepted his acknowledgement from him with a  valid acceptance. [The acknowledgement of Ḥasan]  

  15. ibn Khalaf, the Jew from Tyre, and of the two men to whom the acknowledgement was made and who were granted a quittance, Isḥāq ibn Sahl and [ Bū Naṣr, named in this]  

  16. document, was witnessed, after it had been read to them and they had acknowledged that they had understood it, while acting voluntarily, in sound health, and their acts being legal [ … ]
