Bill of divorce (geṭ). Location: Fusṭāṭ. Dated: 12 Shevaṭ 1415 Seleucid, which is 11 January 1104 CE. Husband: Yaʿaqov b. Mevasser. Wife: Baqiyya bt. Maṣliaḥ. The witnesses are Abū Isḥaq and Abū Yaʿqūb. No documentation of receipt on verso. (Information from Goitein's index card)
