Deed of release (שטר פיצוי). Location: Fustat. Dated: Monday, 21 Iyyar 1371 Seleucid = 24 April 1060 CE. In which Musallam b. Ḥusayn b. Khalaf Ibn al-Ḥirbish (aka Meshullam b. Yefet) releases Dalāl bt. Salm[ū]n (or Salm[ā]n) b. ʿEzra from all obligations related to a partnership between him and her brother Abū Kathīr Avraham. Signed by Yehuda b. Menashshe, Moshe b. Shelomo, Nissim b. ʿAmram, Yosef b. David b. Yeshaʿya, Ṣedaqa b. Mirfa (מירפה) b. Yefet and Shelomo b. Saʿadya, and validated by ʿEli b.
