Description

Settlement between Sitt al-Bayt bt. Yosef and her husband Ṣedaqa b. Hillel who had been separated from her for 18 years (mutasaḥḥib ʿanhā). For the periods during which he failed to maintain her he signs a promissory note to the amount of 100 dinars and undertakes to maintain her in the future. Dated: 1410 Seleucid = 1098/99 CE.
