A litigant named Moshe has claimed that his loan of 50.5 dinars to Ṣadaqa was guaranteed by Ḥesed ha-Zaqen al-Ṣayrafī (possibly Abu Naṣr al-Tustari?), and refuses to have a decision ratified in the Muslim courts.
