Description

Notification by the court concerning a legal decision. Dated: first decade of Av [1]549 Seleucid = July 1238 CE. Announcing that the collector of the alms for the poor (Ibrāhīm al-Parnas al-Jābī) was empowered to make the necessary arrangements for the payment of a certain elder’s need (al-Shaykh al-ʿAfīf?).
