  2. פל הכהן או פל הלוי וכמו כן זרע המלוכה
  3. צבי ריש גלותא מעלתם לכל מעלה אי
  4. איפשר שלא כתוב פל הנשיא וכרובא
  5. לאחזוקי נפשיה בכהני וכל כתב שלא יהא
  6. כתוב עליו מן שלמה הנשיא יש עלי
  7. כמו שבועה שלא אכתוב לאדוננו כתב
