Narrow vertical strip of a text in Judaeo-Arabic, probably a business letter (ביע . . . כאן לא . . . תמן להא . . דת אן אל . . . אלסמ[ס?]רה . . . [ינ?]עם מולי . .). Some of the letter shapes resemble those of Maimonides but the handwriting is not his.
