Description

Legal document, late, in Arabic script. Mentions at least one date, 4 Ṣafar 1301 AH (1883 CE), in line 8 of the third image in FGP. Both the filing note and the header indicate that it originated from the "majlis aḥkām miṣr." May concern a criminal affair (the word jināya appears several times) involving the Jewish man Daʾūd شكر. Long and well-preserved. Needs examination.
