Scribal exercises in Hebrew repeating the verse Psalms 45:2: אומר אני מעשי למלך לשוני עט סופר מהיר. The dating is likely 16th-century or later based on the paleography. In both headings a writing instructor provided the phrase in model handwriting for the student to repeat. MCD.
