Description

Two folios from al-Risāla al-Ḥātimiyya, a narrative of a debate which took place in Baghdad in the 960s in which Abū ʿAlī Muḥammad b. al-Ḥasan al-Ḥātimī (931–98) confronts al-Mutannabī (d. 965) and criticizes his poetry.
