Decree fragment in Arabic script. There are no full words to work with because of damage that was sustained after the paper was reused for hilkhōt of al-Fāsī (FGP). The neighboring shelfmark ENA 3408.5 is a join to the same medieval-era halakhic manuscript and it retains even less Arabic text (yet it may be related to that which appears on 3408.4). MCD.
