Verso: Bottom of an iqrār, dated 457 or 459 AH in the first line of the verso (1064/65 or 1066/67 CE). Witness is Hibatallāh b. al-Ḥusayn b. Aḥmad. The recto was reused for Hebrew alphabetical practice with Tiberian voweling.
