- Let that be granted.
- The exalted and noble ordinance of al-Ẓāfir, the benedictions of God be upon him, was given
- to instruct al-Hāfiẓ's noble warehouse of books,
- may God double its light, to issue the epistle of the worthy
- elder, ʿAlī ibn ʿĪsa, for the ʿamīr Faḵr al-Dīn
- ʾAbū Manṣūr ʿIzz al-ʿArab ibn Muḥammad, described as (the one of) the šurbūš bonnets,
- one of the entourage of the exalted presence, by means of the issuing of
- a noble minute with the form 'let that be granted',
- after seven days had passed of Ṣafar, in the year five-hundred and thirty-seven,
- as a benevolent act.
- Our sufficiency is God. How excellent a keeper is he!
