Bill of divorce given by Ya'ir b. David, known as Ibn Sulimān, to his wife Sitt al-Naẓar bnt. Moshe. Fusṭāṭ, Monday 5th of Shevat 1456 Sel. (1.1.1145). Signed by Ḥiyyā b. Yiṣḥaq and Nathan b. Shemuel he-Haver. On verso the testimony she recieved the get, signed by two other witnesses.
