Description

Family letter in Arabic script. Mostly crossed out with copious squiggles. Mentions the illness of the addressee's daughter (ولا تسال ما على قلبنا من . . . من اجل مرض بنتك وكان حصل لنا . . .) and mentions Fustat twice. There may be an address on recto, but it is hard to see underneath the scribbles. Verso also includes rhymed Hebrew praises for a certain notable named Shelomo (reminiscent of T-S AS 117.42, but the hand is different).
