  2. ثبوته على يد الامير رفعة الدولة ادام الله عزه

  3. ا]ستخراج رافعها في سورة الديوان

  4. ]بيده الراي //الاعلى// في الانعام علي فيما سالته فيه وفي

  5. اد]ام الله علوه عني ان شا الله

  6. [الحمد لله وحده وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد نبيه واله]وسلم تسليما

  2. Registering it at the hands of the amīr Rifʿat al-Dawla, may God perpetuate his glory.
  3. ]extraction of its conveyor in the register of the bureau
  4. ]in his hands lies the //lofty// resolution for extending benefactions to me by fulfilling my request regarding this, if God wills
  5. [All praise be to God, and his blessings be upon our leader Muḥammad, his Prophet, and his progeny] and peace.
