Verso (original use): Official-looking letter/report in Arabic script. The beginnings of 6 lines are preserved: يعلم ان ال . . . يخلصهم من جميع ذلك . . . امري(؟) الناس فالمماليك . . . كتابها الكريم مع رسول . . .صدروا(؟) في . . . ها ولا . . . وقد تسلمنا من ال . . . . Dating: Likely Ayyubid or early Mamluk-era. Recto (secondary use): Possibly a medical prescription in Arabic script, for a swelling? (e.g., "wa-yulaṭṭakh al-waram bi-khawlān..."). Needs examination.
