Description

Informal note in Judaeo-Arabic. The sender may be named Abū l-Ḥ[asan]. Written on a reused scrap torn from an Arabic (state?) account. The sender seems upset about something to do with a sum of money, a sale of merchandise, and a broker's commission (juʿl). "I do not blame you for this mess (mā alūmak fī l-talāf)... the behavior of brokers (sīrat al-samāsira), but I am not pleased (wa-lakinnī mā arḍā)."
