State document in Arabic script. Dating: Likely Ayyubid or early Mamluk-era, based on hand and layout. Very difficult to read, and the substance is unclear. Many sections are headed "tawqīʿ ʿālī," perhaps summarizing the content of various rescripts. One entry refers to [...] al-maʿmūra, a term typically used for state institutions. Needs examination.
