Beginning four pages from the 8th/14th century medical text by Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm al-Akfānī entitled "Ghunyat al-Labīb ʿind Ghaybat al-Ṭabīb". This text is a handbook of different remedies through which one can treat oneself in the absence of a doctor.
