Written and signed by the judge Shabbetay b. Avraham he-Ḥaver. Also signed by Yeshuʿa b. Shemuel ha-Melammed. The attestation on verso that she received the get is signed by Yosef b. Shemarya and Saʿadya b. Natan. There are three vertical cuts.
