Headed by a mention of Abū l-Ḥusayn al-Ṣayrafī (the banker, maybe the well-known Aleppan banker Abū l-Husayn Yaḥyā active in this period) and followed by reference to numerous ruqʿas (here referring to orders of payment, probably). May join with JRL B 2661 (PGPID 28468).
