Description

Family letter addressed to a certain Mūsā ("my brother"). In Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: probably no earlier than ~14th century, and may be substantially later. May be Yemeni based on the handwriting, names, and opening formulae (cf. Moss. X,135.1 (PGPID 27241)). Greetings from Mūsā Sulaymān and his wife Zahra and his son Sulaymān and his daughter Raḥel and Turkiyya; also from Ḥayyim, Yiṣḥaq, and his wife Badra (? בדרה) and her son Sālim. Needs further examination.
