Description

Court record. Tiqva b. ʿAmram is representing his sister Sitt al-Kull bt. ʿAmram in her engagement (she is titled al-mukhatiba = the engaged (?)) to collect a sum of 60 dinars from Abū l-[...] Moshe b. Shelomo. The same Tiqva appeared in another document relating to his sister's engagement — Bodl. MS heb. d 66/46 (PGPID 6461) from the year 1098/99 CE — one year earlier than our document. It is not clear if the same engagement is intended. Signed by the teacher Yiṣḥaq b. Ḥayyim Nafūsī. AA
