Letter T-S NS 306.87Description
Letter in Arabic script. Very neatly written. Torn. Dating: Likely 12th or 13th century. The tarjama at upper left appears to read "ʿabd min al-Maḥalla," but it may be an actual name that is tricky to figure out. The sender offers an explanation for a delay in coming or writing; mentions Fustat and Cairo; business matters; Abū Sulaymān; and "al-ʿaṭṭārīn."
