List in Arabic script. Architectural notes? The sections, divided by horizontal lines, are headed masāḥat al-[...]; thānī masāḥa; thālith masāḥa; rābīʿ masāḥa; khāmis masāḥa; sādis masāḥa. Each entry contains different cardinal directions and numbers (measurements?). The word qāʿida (base) also appears several times. The page was subsequently folded down the middle.
