Recto: Bill of release. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi. Dated: Tishrei 1440 Seleucid, which is 1128 CE. The cantor ʿEli ha-Kohen pays [...] b. Shelomo ha-Kohen 2.5 dinars for various books pawned by the latter. Among the books mentioned: אצאראת (יוצרות) ללשלישי (see Allony, the Jewish LIbrary, p. 33), and Drashot on the Torah. AA.
