Letter(s) in Judaeo-Arabic. On recto, from Moshe ben Naʿim to his father [Meʾīr] ben Naʿim. Moshe spelled his name מושה, perhaps an error, but this could also reflect a spelling of what he was called in Arabic (Mūsa). Dated: (5400 +) 182 = 5582 AM, which is 1821/22 CE. Mostly about business affairs.
