Description

Small fragment in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100–1138 CE). Probably from a letter written on behalf of a poor man (hādha l-miskīn), referring to the generosity of the addressees (faḍluhum). This man has lost 6 dinars, and he may be obligated to pay maintenance (mawna) to a wife and/or children.
