Description

Verso: Brief letter or petition from Bū Saʿīd to Saniyy al-Dawla. In Arabic script. Dating: likely ca. 13th century. He asks that the addressee "listen to the speech of the bearer." Also mentions customs (maks). Needs further examination. Reused on recto for several lines in Judaeo-Arabic, it seems about the woman with the seven martyred sons.
