Letter fragment (upper right corner) in Arabic script. The addressee may be called "al-qāʾid" (l. 2). Mentions Umm Abū ʿAbdallāh (l. 3). Refers to purchasing something with a feminine suffix (اشتريتها, ll. 4–5); a Christian woman (نصرانية, l. 5); and a reference to a blemish (ʿayb) and maybe an illness (maḍrūba, l. 6). Together, this suggests that it has to do with a purchase of an enslaved Christian woman. Needs further examination.
