Description

Letter in Arabic script. Dating: Ottoman-era. Addressed to جناب حضرت الحجب(؟) المحترم حاخام زادة(؟) . . . . اليهود الربان. The sender's name includes Ṣāliḥ, and there is a date that is difficult to decipher. The letter seems to be business related and mentions several numbers. Reused on verso for a text in Hebrew. Needs further examination.
