Legal document. Mainly in Judaeo-Arabic. Fragment (bottom part only). Location: Fustat. Dated: Nisan 1421 Seleucid = March/April 1110 CE. One of the parties is Hibatallāh b. Ṣedaqa (the scribe wrote "Netanʾel" for the father's name but crossed it out and wrote "Ṣedaqa"). Signed by: Ḥalfon b. Berakhot and Shemarya b. Shemuel (who may have started to sign his own name "Shemuel b." but then crossed this out.)
