Letter fragment in Hebrew and Judaeo-Arabic addressed to an important person [...] b. Saʿadya, who may be identifiable on the basis of the titles (Mevorakh?). Little remains except copious blessings and praises. In the margin mentions travelers, merchants, and strangers. In the top margin, there are more honorifics for a notable.
