Amount: one-quarter, one-sixth, and one-half of one-eighth (Khan reads two, one-quarter and one-sixth). Written by the jahbadh Mīkhāʾīl b. ʿAbd al-Masīḥ. Measurements: 12.5 × 8.4 cm. The verso is blank.
