[بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله وحده كفى وصلواته على عباده الذين اصـ]ـطفى
[هذا ما تصدق به ] علة ومرض جسم وثبوت فهم وجواز امره وهو طائع غير مكره ولا مجبر ولا مضطهد ولا جاهل بما
[تصدق به فيه فسطاط مـ]ـصر فى الدويرة العامرة التى ذكر هذا المتصدق انه له وفى ملكه ملكا صحيحا وحقا واجبا فى يده
[ ] بقصر الروم داخلة فى الزقاق النافذ منه الى كنيسة العراقيين المعروف بزقاق اليهود ويعرف
[ ] ........ الى طبقتين متطابقتين وذات القصر السفل الخارج عن بابها الذى هو بباب
[ ] يحيط بها ويجمعها ويشتمل عليها حدود اربعة
