Description

Letter fragment in Arabic script, reused for a communal register. Dating: likely late 18th-century based on other neighboring communal fragments that were recorded on commercial documents. The letter is signed by a certain Ibrahīm al-Shāṭr and just before the signature a defter is mentioned. Requires further examination. (MCD/Naïm Vanthieghem).
