Description

Fragment in Ottoman Turkish. Only the second half of the text after the basmala is fairly clear in meaning with an invocation for success/divine grace followed by terse questions: "tevfik ola hüvve ne söz kim soyleme" (..."may it be prosperous, He (God), what word? who speaks?"). Requires further examination.
