Letter fragment. In Judaeo-Arabic. Rudimentary handwriting. The name [...]r b. Dā'ūd appears in the address. The body of the letter mentions pullets (farārīj) and a certain Yiṣḥaq. And maybe the army (אלעסכיר). Needs preservation; more of the text could be uncovered.
