From the content it is a letter with legal sermonizing and instructions, though it ends with phrases typical of legal documents and two signatures partially preserved: Moshe b. [...] and [...] b. Aharon. Dated: Rosh Ḥodesh [...] 5300 AM = 1539/40 CE. The content seems to do with a marriage or divorce. Needs examination.
