Description

Left fragment: Court record. Very faded and damaged. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100-1138 CE). Settlement of a martial dispute after the intervention of 'righteous elder' between a husband Shelomo ha-Kohen known as Ibn Abī Raghīf (cf. T-S 13J33.5 for this family name) and his wife [... bt.] Berakhot. The stipulations include that he will not sell something (her dowry?) and that he will not prevent her from visiting her family a certain number of times each week.
