Description

Receipt of rent. In Arabic script. A receipt of rent for a warehouse or shop (ḥānūt) paid by Badr al-Dīn al-Jābī to Faraj Allāh al-Yahūdī in the month of Rajab. The document is dated 9 Shaʿbān 460 H(?). The document contains the cipher at the top which indicates that the rent has been paid.
