Geṭ (bill of divorce). Location: Fustat. Dated: Sunday, 24 Tammuz 1439 Seleucid = 24 June 1128 CE. Husband: Sheʾerit b. Ḥalfon. Wife: Turfa bt. Avraham. Written and signed by Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi, also signed by Natan b. Shemuel ha-Ḥaver. Verso is blank. This document was torn diagonally and carefully stitched back together. The illness of a Turfa bt. Avraham is described in detail in T-S 10J11.22, but this may or may not be the same person. (Information in part from Goitein's note card.)
