Possibly a receipt or order. A name appears at the top of recto (al-shaykh Abū l-Majd?). The text underneath refers to two dirhams. Dated: 710 AH = 1310/11 CE. The notations on verso are at 90 degrees relative to recto, neatly written. Mentioning two dinars.
