Description

Letter, in Arabic script. Top part missing. The sender expresses his longing for the addressee. He mentions a paper trail and expresses his happiness on reading the addressee's letter [which was sent via a male slave], and seeks its perpetuity. None of the main content is preserved. The addressee might have sent his previous letter from Tinnīs.

  1. الاجتماع معه على الحال السارة فيه ا[
  2. بمنه وسعة فضله ووصل كتابه ادام الله
  3. حراسته من تنيش(=تنيس) على يد سعادة الغلام
  4. وقراته وابتهجت بما تضمنه من ذكر سلامتـ[ـه
  5. ادامها الله له وحرسها عنده بجود[ه
  6. ومجده وكتب مولاي الريس
  7. ادام الله تمكينه تعدل عندي النظر اليه
  8. وان كان لا يعدل ذلك شي [
  9. فان راى ادام الله نعماه ان يمن بها في
  10.  وقت مضمنة من طيب اخباره وا..[
  11.  ومهماته ومواكبه(؟) فعل منعما مانا 
  12. متـ]ـطولا ان شا [الله 
  13.  والـ]ـمعلم العكي ايده الله يخص [[نفسه]]
  14.  حضرته بافضل سلام وكذا الصبيان
  15.  يخصون حضرته 
  16. بالسلام ويقبلون يده وعينه 
  17. الحمد لله رب العالمين
  18. حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
