Bifolio. Containing an official order; the layout is reminiscent of copies of decrees/sijillāt. Stating that Manṣūr b. Sahl, one of the secretaries employed in the military administration (al-kuttāb al-mustakhdamīn fī dīwān al-juyūsh al-manṣūra) will be reassigned to a different government employment (khidma). Needs further examination. Reused for Hebrew literary text on recto. ASE
