Small receipt. Landscape format. Begins 'afrada.' At least two registrations at the top (ṣaḥḥa dhālika). It seems to be in the name of Abū l-Najm for the waqf of the Jews. Dated: 4 Jumādā II 603 AH = 6 January 1207 CE.
