Description

Letter from the raʾs al-kull (= rosh kalla) Isrāʾīl b. Dāniyāl / Yisraʾel b. Daniʾel to Abū l-Ḥasan Salāma b. ʿAllūn al-[Ṣayrafī], in Fustat. In Judaeo-Arabic, with the address in Arabic script. Dating: first half of the 11th century. Concerning various business matters, e.g., a tūnī (linen) garment from the tailor and putting something in a burniyya. See also F 1908.44ii (PGPID 29881).
